Thema is a product of Verithos. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Thema, how we use it, and what control you have over it.
When you use Thema, we collect:
We do not collect your name, email address, or any account credentials unless you explicitly provide them through a contact form.
We use conversation data for two purposes:
Thema is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Responses are generated by a fine-tuned language model served via Amazon Bedrock. We do not sell or share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
Files you upload are processed in memory to provide context for your session. They are not stored persistently on our servers after your session ends.
Thema does not use third-party tracking cookies. We may store a session identifier in your browser's local storage to maintain conversation continuity within a single session.
Session logs may be retained for up to 90 days for operational and quality purposes, after which they are deleted. Data used for model improvement is anonymised before retention.
You may request deletion of any data associated with your sessions by contacting us at hello@verithos.ai. Because we do not collect account identifiers, you will need to provide approximate timestamps or session details to help us locate your data.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted with a revised date at the top of this page.
